I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. a great value for the price.

This place was super clean. the room was all neat and the bed? Oh, so comfy! I loved having control over the room's temperature and knowing my stuff was safe in the safe. Plus, having a variety of TV channels was a nice touch. 📺

My recent stay at Ciq Hotel At Jalan Trus was fantastic! The location is excellent, right opposite city square and famous restaurants just down the street. The hotel itself is cute and clean, exactly as it looks in the photos. The staff were friendly and were great too assist me. I had a small issue with the room door latch and ventilation, but the staff resolved it promptly. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

This place was clean, and the location was great, near the city center, especially liked the double room with inward facing window.

The staff were exceptional! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a stressful journey and they helped us out with everything we needed. The location was great too, just a short walk away from the main mall and train station. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies.

There were some negatives to our stay. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and we had to request toilet paper twice.
